Gîte rental rates

Weekly rental price:

The weeks are set from Saturday 16h. at saturday 10h. but contact us to adapt the calendar to your desires.
Low season (1): 320 €
Mid season (2): 420 €
High season (3): 480 €

Price for the Weekend:

For 2 nights scheduled from Friday 18 hours to Sunday evening, but again make us part of your wishes.
Low season (1): 280 €
Mid season (2): 320 €

Tourist tax:

Tourist tax collected by the Community of Gates of Sologne:
Per adult and per night: 0,80 €

Are included in the price:
Heating water and electricity.
Sheets and beds are made upon your arrival.

A deposit of € 200 is required upon arrival in the cottage.
Pets are not accepted.
Except hand-dogs.

We offer you as an option:

The wood for the chimney: 8 € the box.
The pyre is arranged in boxes containing wood for outbreaks of 2 evenings.
The cleaning fee: 50 € *
* For rentals longer than two weeks, an intermediate cleaning fee will be paid.
An extra bed on the mezzanine (futon bed 140): 20 €

Overflow:

The cottage is comfortable for 8 people.
After agreement, possibility to accommodate 2 or 3 additional persons with a supplement of 10 € per night and per person.

2019 tariff periods:

(1) Low season: from January 5th to April 6th, from September 28th to October 19th and
from November 2nd to December 21st.
(2) Mid season: from April 6th to July 6th, from August 31st to September 28th and
from October 20th to November 3rd.
(3) High season: from July 6th to August 31st.
